Doing this for Real

Okay, so I had the intent of doing this blog months ago, but now it is time. We are excited to share that we will soon be moving to yet another home, but only 20 minutes away this time. We are actually moving a little further East, but still in Dane County. We will live in Deerfield, Wisconsin and will be so close to schools and happiness. I will start posting pics and getting everyone up to speed soon, so stay tuned. We will make it fun.

The Girls Are In For a Treat

Today we booked the long awaited entertainment for Alex's 6th birthday party. We are going to have an "Enchanted" experience. This is the link for the entertainer and we are going with the creme de la creme package. The girls are all very excited to become fairies and even got to speak with the fairy that will be leading the fairy swearing in ceremony. WOW! Watch out Madison on April 25th, there are going to be 11 new shining fairy princess'. Tinker Bell is going to have nothing on them : ) http://www.funnyfaces4kids.com/index.html . We actually met Tami at the opening for Steve's new Target in Sun Prairie and she captivated every audience with her balloon art. I may be even more excited than the girls and I am positive Grammy is.

A Whole New World

I thought we would go back to having a blog for everyone to see the girls as they grow and to keep in touch with those we may not be able to call or see regularly. For those of you who don't know, we moved to Madison, WI in July of '08 and are finally settling in comfortably. Alex is loving K5, Laura and Ana are fortunate enough to be attending an at home pre-school with a licensed teacher three days a week for 3 1/2 hours and they LOVE it. Ms. Deb (Mimi) is amazing and does so much to include Ana in the curriculum with three four year olds. It is great to see her at two years old grasping the concept of letter shapes and painting within the lines. Steve started a job at Target about a month ago and loves it. It is a brand new store that is opening on March 8th. They had the soft opening yesterday and we had a blast. We got a Wii Fit which is something we have been wanting for a long time. It makes working out fun and we are making it a family affair. We each take a turn and work out for 20-30 minutes. It is awesome. We have learned that Ana is a litte peanut which we all new. She actually weighs less than our friends' one year old. She is 26 lbs. and 31" tall. She is our little baby girl at almost three. Everyone is doing well and we will post again in the near future.
